- Cancellation of orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team at support@estore.kalasource.in.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Items returned for a refund must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
